Carbon composite engineering, tooling, and manufacturing.
Carbonlution develops OEM-fit automotive parts, one-off components, prototypes, high-temperature composite tooling, and production solutions. We can start with an idea, sketch, photograph, sample, or original part.
From initial reference to finished component.
Carbonlution manages development, tooling, composite manufacture, finishing, and inspection.
Automotive
OEM-fit replacement parts, new vehicle applications, one-off components, restorations, and motorsport projects.
Prototype development
Carbon composite prototypes for aerospace concepts, drones, UAVs, robotics, industrial equipment, and sporting goods.
Molds & tooling
CNC-machined patterns, high-temperature composite molds, and tooling for prepreg and autoclave manufacturing.
Commercial production
Small and repeat production runs, wholesale supply, private-label manufacturing, customer branding, and packaging.

The exact sequence is adapted to the application, technical requirements, and production volume.
Project review
We define the application, intended use, available references, quantity, finish, and technical requirements.
Reference capture
We can begin with an idea, sketch, photograph, drawing, CAD file, physical sample, or original part.
Digital development
Physical measurement, 3D scanning, and CAD development turn the available information into controlled geometry.
Tooling
Patterns, molds, and production tooling are developed for the component geometry and curing process.
Composite layup
Prepreg carbon fiber is positioned for the laminate structure, component shape, and visible weave direction.
Controlled cure
The laminate is vacuum-bagged and autoclave-cured with controlled heat and pressure when required.
Finish
The cured component is trimmed, prepared, and completed in gloss or matte finish.
Inspection
Geometry, mounting features, edges, surface quality, and final presentation are reviewed before release.

Real carbon. Purpose-led construction.
Material selection, laminate construction, curing method, weave orientation, and surface finish are considered according to the component and its intended use.
Gloss
Deep clarity and controlled reflection that emphasizes the weave.
Matte
A low-sheen technical finish with a restrained appearance.
Automotive at our core. Composite capability beyond it.
Every non-automotive project is reviewed individually for its technical and manufacturing requirements.
Automotive
OEM-fit parts, custom vehicle components, motorsport, restoration, wholesale, and private label.
Aerospace prototypes
Prototype, tooling, test-component, and development enquiries. Certified flight production is not offered.
Drone & UAV
Prototype structures, aerodynamic parts, housings, frames, tooling, and lightweight composite concepts.
Robotics
Lightweight structures, covers, housings, arms, panels, and application-specific components.
Industrial
Specialized components requiring low weight, stiffness, heat resistance, or complex geometry.
Sporting goods
Custom composite development, prototypes, tooling, and production support for sporting equipment.
Can’t find the part you need?
Send us your idea, sketch, photographs, sample, or original part. We can help engineer and manufacture a carbon composite solution for your application.
Tell us what you need
New components, replacement parts, prototypes, high-temperature carbon molds, tooling, or small-batch production.
Share what you have
A sketch, idea, photographs, CAD file, physical sample, or original part is enough to begin the review.
Receive the next steps
We reply with questions, feasibility, and the information required to prepare a quotation.
More than automotive.
We support automotive, aerospace prototypes, drone and UAV, robotics, industrial, sporting-goods, and other carbon composite applications. NDA review is available when necessary.
Before you send a request.
Can you start from an idea or sketch? +
Yes. We can begin with an idea, sketch, photograph, drawing, CAD file, physical sample, or original part.
Can I request an automotive part that is not listed? +
Yes. Send the vehicle and component information for technical review.
Do you accept one-off projects? +
Yes. One-off components are accepted subject to technical review and manufacturing feasibility.
Do you support aerospace projects? +
We accept prototype and development enquiries. Carbonlution does not claim aerospace certification or certified flight-production capability.
Do you offer private-label manufacturing? +
Yes. Private-label programs can include repeat manufacturing, customer branding, and packaging.
When will I receive a response? +
New requests are normally reviewed within one to two business days.
